Who we are
Spark Companies® operates this website and the family of workforce firms described on it — Spark Talent Acquisition, Spark Packaging, John Joseph Partners, Flex Workforce Solutions and Ignite Search. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type into it: your name, company, email address, telephone number, and anything you write in the message or project fields. If you apply for work through our job board, that application is handled in our applicant tracking system and is covered by this policy.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies we collect your approximate location (city level), browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and how long you stay. We do not collect this until you accept. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide staffing, BPO and ASO services
- To match candidates to roles and employers to candidates
- To understand which parts of this site are useful, so we can improve them
- To meet our legal, tax and employment-record obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information with the Spark firm best suited to your request, and with service providers who work on our behalf — our applicant tracking and CRM systems, payroll and background-check providers, and analytics providers. Where you are a candidate, we share your information with a prospective employer only with your knowledge. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and candidate records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. [Counsel: confirm the retention periods that apply to employment and payroll records in MI and TN.]
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
